Cheap ways to prevent it?
On the other hand, sleeping time after midnight indicates a 25 percent higher risk for heart disease. The risk was already twelve percent higher in the period from 11:00 pm to 12:00 noon. Regular bed rest before 10:00 pm is associated with a 24 percent higher heart risk. Overall, women are significantly more at risk from bedtime later than men.
Commenting on the possible links, researcher Planes said: “Sleeping after midnight is a very dangerous thing, as it may prevent you from seeing the morning light. It controls the body’s internal clock. “Related behavior may be a cost – effective way to prevent heart disease. (SDA)
